Zumba® Fitness is a dynamic fitness program that combines aerobic exercise with Latin & International rhythms (Salsa, Cha Cha, Cumbia, Merengue, Reggaeton, African, belly dance, & hip hop). Zumba® is sometimes referred to as “exercise in disguise” because you don’t even realize you are working out. Beginners are welcome since the classes are fun and the routines, easy to follow. The music is infectious and makes you feel like you are a Latin dancer; you can’t help but move to the beat and burn fat at the same time (around 300-800 calories per hour).
